We had a great time during our stay in the cloud forest. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided personalized service. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. We particularly enjoyed the hiking trails and the cable car ride, which gave us a unique perspective of the forest. The food was also excellent, with delicious traditional dishes.
We found the prices to be quite expensive. Additionally, the activities were limited and there wasn't much variety in terms of entertainment options.

the hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. Secondly, the guides are absolutely wonderful. They ensured that we did and saw everything that we wanted to. We partook in a nightwalk led by an incredible animal spotter who clearly has a deep passion for the subject matter. Lastly, we had an incredible stay thanks to a staff member who taught us a lot about the area and the wildlife. Everywhere you look is stunning and the staff bent over backwards to include all sightings and activities we wanted to fit in.
100% Recommend this hotel.
